My Christmas Party Nibbles

My growing up memories of Christmas mainly revolve around a stream of guests coming through the house, just to say hello, or deliver a Christmas card. Most would be offered a drink and a bite to eat. My mum is generally absent from these memories as she was usually in the kitchen.

I love people popping in, and I love to give them the hospitality my mum showed. But it’s the people that are important, and quite frankly I don’t want to miss out. So this combination is devised for quick construction, not too heavy and you can easily have it ready in the fridge to spread out for anyone who might come calling.

Give it a try and let me know what you think, and if you are coming round to my house here’s a sneak peak.

Baked Garlic Pesto

Baked Garlic Tapenade

Smoked Salmon Mousse

Great nibbles! I love to be the hostess and I love preparing Christmas dinner but I do always feel like I’m missing out on the fun a little when I’m in the kitchen! Merry Christmas!

Thank you. Me too, it’s all about creating an illusion that you have slated away when you have just hand a little fun with the hand blender! 😉

      Happy Christmas. 🎄
